 WEEKEND REFLECTION - OPTIONAL REFLECTION 

After completing the first three days of the second phase of our teaching practice, we had an optional reflection session from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. It was a valuable opportunity for all of us to pause and think about our teaching experiences so far. During the session, each student shared their thoughts and reflections. Some of us had faced changes such as new class divisions, assignments to higher classes like the 9th standard, or new mentor teachers. Initially, these changes brought a few challenges, but everyone expressed how they gradually adapted and felt more confident in their roles. Listening to others’ experiences helped me gain new insights into classroom management and teaching strategies. Overall, the session created a supportive atmosphere where we learned from one another and felt motivated to continue improving throughout the remaining days of our practice.
