TEACHING PRACTICE 👩🏻🏫 : PHASE I - WEEK 7 📚(15 SEPTEMBER 2025 -17 SEPTEMBER 2025)
DAY 30
Today, 15 September 2025 was the 30th day of teaching practice. I reached the school on time and completed attendance marking as usual. I had my regular classes scheduled for the day. The School atmosphere was filled with excitement and celebration of the youth festival began today. Various literary and art competitions were conducted as part of the festival, including the writing competitions held today I actively participate in the youth festival and enjoyed watching the students enthusiastically. Take part in different events. I had class during fourth period in eighth B.I took the concept multiples from the chapter solutions of equations. The day was productive and joyful asset provided me an opportunity to engage in the School cultural activities and interact with students in an informal setting. Experience help me understand importance of curricular activities in promoting students, creativity, and overall development.
DAY 31
Today, 16 September 2025 was the 31st day of our teaching practice. We reached the school before 9:30 AM and marked attendance during the fourth period. I had a class with 8B where taught the concept of parts of solutions of equations. I began the class by revising the previous knowledge. In addition to regular classes. Today we had a yoga practical observation conducted by a PE teacher from 9:30 AM to 10 AM. There was also an observation scheduled for English department players where we got the opportunity to witness and learn from the classroom observation as part of the youth festival. I draw competition was organised for the HS and UP sessions. Overall, the day was well balanced and productive.
DAY 32
Today, 17 September 2025 was the 32nd day of my teaching practice. I reach School as usual before the morning. The day began with School assembly, which included and announcements by the teachers, followed by distribution ceremony for students who won prices in the youth festival on this day, I had an observation class scheduled by my general teacher, Arun Raj. The lesson was from the chapter solutions of equations. I presented the topic according to my lesson plan, making sure to involve the students actually throw the session after the class. General teacher gave positive feedback and good comments about my teaching performance class management and interaction with students. There were no other special activities during the day. I spend the remaining time preparing for the upcoming classes and assisting in classroom activities, the class and School discussed the usual time and left feeling content with observation and feedback received.
WEEKEND REFLECTION 6- 20 SEPTEMBER 2025
On September 20, 2025, a reflection session on teaching practice was held at college from 2 PM to 3:30 PM. Led by Arun Saran Swathi. Beer is share that one week experience at respective schools, highlighting takeaway and challenges face.
Kalyani Krishnan from GHSS Vakkadu shared her experience at the school. She reflected that on Monday, the school hosted a Shastra Mela followed by a special assembly. Additionally, on both Friday and Monday, the school organised a kayika Mela. Next Jisa CS from St Marys HSS Kizhake kara reflected on her experience at the school. She mentioned that the school conducted a writing competition related to khol Savam. The School also arranged special classes and exams for students who had scored low marks in their previous exam examinations, interestingly, one of the students from the school, a bullet bike as a price in the Malayalam Manorama competition. Sheba RP from Government Bose HSS Kottarakara reflected on her experience at the school. She mentioned that the School conductor re-examinations and extra classes for students who had called law marks in the autumn examination. The trainee is also participated in the PTA meeting. Aditya J from SKVHSS Thrikkannamangal shared her experience at School, she reported that Ramel teaching sessions were arranged for students who had scored law marks and on examination and the PTA meeting was also conducted. Jamie Anna Johnson from MGHSS Thumpamon shared experience, mentioning that the School conducted retest and trainees completed their optional and general observation sessions during this period
Next Kabani A J from Govt. PVHSS Perumkulam share their experience at the school. She mentioned that the school organised a mathematics, Chris and that Akshaya Mutham competition. The train is also handled de of substitution classes as a part of their TEACHING PRACTICE. Shamna from GHS Thalachi share that she and her fellow training effectively followed lesson plans. She also highlighted at the school Shasthramela’ celebration and chess competition. Fathima Noushad from MGPMHSS Venchempu shared their experience. They had the opportunity to handle sports duties and food serving duties. The school also conducted a math quiz, PTA meeting, and Kalolsavam celebration.Next, Nayana Varman R from GHS Pattazhy shared that Shraddha class was held for backward students. There was a Hindi assembly on Monday. The results of the science fair were announced. Aksharamelam quiz competition and PTA meeting was held at school.Shamsiya H from MGHSS Chadayamangalam School came to give a reflection. The school conducted a science festival and Kalolsavam last week. There were extra classes for students who failed in the Onam examination.Next, Amitha P from TVTMHSS Vellayam shared that there was a PTA meeting held at the school. Remedial teaching was given to students who scored less in Onam examination.Megha M B from GHSS Puthoor shared their experience. On Monday, a PTA meeting was held at the school. The school conducted Aksharamelam quiz competition and a science fair.Next, Krishnaja from VGSS Ambodayam HSS, Nediyavila came to give a reflection. The PTA meeting was held at the school, and the results of theOnam examination had been published.
Next, Noel M. Shibu from our school Marthoma High School, Anumukada came to give a reflection. He said that some of us had completed their general and optional reflections observations. The school also conducted a writing competition as part of school Kalolsavam. There was also an Aksharamelam quiz competition.Rahul G from GHSS Poruvazhy School came to share their experience. He shared that the PTA meeting was held at the school on Monday and there was low substitution duty compared to other weeks.Next, Sherin Mathew from St. Margaret’s HS Kundara shared their experience that due to the Kalolsavam practice, they didn’t get enough periods.Next, Rose Johnson from SNKM HSS, Elampalloor shared that their optional and general reflections was over.Finally, Anju S. Prasad from GVHS Pooyapally shared that on Monday, as part of the Deshabhimani newspaper coverage, an assembly was held at the school. A quiz competition and science fair were also held at the school.The general reflection ended at 3:30 pm.
