JINGLE MINGLE : CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION 🎄🎅🎂

On December 20th, Baselios Marthoma Training College came alive with festive cheer as students and staff enthusiastically gathered to celebrate Christmas.

The celebration commenced with an inspiring Christmas message delivered by Fr. Philip, setting a thoughtful tone for the event. The program was further elevated by the presence of Fr. Jacob, College Principal Riju John, and Program Secretary Sheeja Teacher, whose contributions added warmth and significance to the occasion.

A range of engaging activities enriched the celebration, including carol singing, crib competitions, and cultural performances that captured the essence of the festive season. The campus radiated holiday spirit with vibrant decorations, a beautifully adorned Christmas tree, and twinkling lights. Adding to the excitement, Santa Claus made a delightful appearance, spreading joy and distributing gifts.


The event successfully fostered a sense of unity and joy, leaving everyone with cherished memories of the holiday season.

A VISIT TO OLD AGE HOME  On 6th September 2024, we had an opportunity to visit an old - age home a place that holds an immense amount of experiences and stories waiting to be shared. We visited "Sanketham" located at Kalayapuram in Kollam district. Ashraya was started on 7th April 1994. More than thousand people are being taken care of at different homes of Ashraya by a dedicated team led by Kalayapuram Jose, the Founder and General Secretary of Ashraya. Ashraya now has seven rehabilitation units all over the state of Kerala.  We had the opportunity to interact with the residents. each person I spoke to have a unique story to tell - stories of their youth, their families, and the experiences that shaped them to who they are today.
