LEADERSHIP TRAINING WORKSHOP 


CAPACITY BUILDING💪

As part of the B.Ed curriculum, a workshop on EDU01 was conducted on 16th November 2024 at 9:30 AM in the general hall. The resource person for the day was R. Kiran Bodhi, whose insightful guidance made the session both enriching and engaging. The workshop began at 9:30 AM and continued until 4 PM.

The morning session focused on the topic of leadership, with Kiran Bodhi Sir delivering an interactive presentation through a PowerPoint slideshow. This session emphasized the qualities of effective leadership, particularly in the teaching profession. To keep the participants actively engaged, a series of thought-provoking and enjoyable games were conducted. Each game served as a reminder of essential values and skills, such as teamwork, communication, and adaptability, that are integral to the journey of a teacher trainee.

The afternoon session brought an exciting creative challenge, as teams were tasked with presenting skits on various topics. These performances allowed participants to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and understanding of the assigned themes.


The day was a delightful blend of learning, collaboration, and enjoyment, filled with laughter and memorable moments. It left participants inspired and more confident in their path toward becoming effective educators.

MONUMENT VISIT VISIT TO VELUTHAMBI DALAWA MUSEUM A T MANNADI Museum to the Veluthampi Dalawa at mannadi is the memorial of the freedom fighter. A VISIT TO OLD AGE HOME  On 6th September 2024, we had an opportunity to visit an old - age home a place that holds an immense amount of experiences and stories waiting to be shared. We visited "Sanketham" located at Kalayapuram in Kollam district. Ashraya was started on 7th April 1994. More than thousand people are being taken care of at different homes of Ashraya by a dedicated team led by Kalayapuram Jose, the Founder and General Secretary of Ashraya. Ashraya now has seven rehabilitation units all over the state of Kerala.  We had the opportunity to interact with the residents. each person I spoke to have a unique story to tell - stories of their youth, their families, and the experiences that shaped them to who they are today.
